Chris Carney

Chris has over 20 years of real estate investment and management experience. He is the Chief Investment Officer and responsible for the direction and management of the Reside Capital platform and its investment activities.

Before founding Reside Capital, he was an Asset Manager of a portfolio of multi-family real estate ownership interests within joint venture partnerships and direct investments throughout the Sun Belt and Mountain States.

Prior to that role, Chris was an Asset Manager at J.P. Morgan in their Global Real Assets Group (GRA), where he oversaw a real estate portfolio in commercial office, industrial and retail assets in the Northeast region. Before joining GRA, he worked in J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking group advising private and public Technology, Media & Telecommunications companies on capital raising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

Chris holds a real estate broker's license and has served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from New York University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
